Confidential Counselling offers a professional counselling service to individual clients and couples in Warrington, Cheshire and the surrounding areas.
Our therapists are professionally trained and qualified and are members of the British Association for Counselling & Psycotherapy (BACP) as well as other professional counselling organisations. Our counsellors abide fully by the BACP's code of ethics.
Our aim is to provide a safe environment and a climate of warmth and acceptance in order for our clients to explore their problems or concerns at their own pace. Confidential Counselling recognises that it is the relationship between the counsellor and the client that is fundamental to achieving therapeutic change and personal growth.
Our counsellors value all clients as unique individuals and take a person centred/integrative rather than problem centred approach towards therapy. We are able to fully engage in both short and longer term counselling work with our clients in order for them to find suitable solutions and achieve their goals.
Confidential Counselling can help with issues such as stress management, personal development, bereavement, depression, anxiety, abuse, domestic violence, addiction (including help to stop smoking), eating disorders, obesity, low self esteem, self harm, relationship difficulties, loss, separation, divorce, sexuality, self confidence, anger management and phobias.
